Flower City Chaplain Corps Inc. is exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code classified as a Public Charity. Contributions are deductible under section 170 of the Code. FCCC holds dual registration with the NYS Office of the Attorney General Charities Bureau (NY State Reg. No 43-95-63). The Attorney General’s Charities Bureau is responsible for supervising charitable organizations to protect donors and beneficiaries of those charities from unscrupulous practices in the solicitation and management of charitable assets.
